The CISEL project
1 kWh Equilibre+ purchased = 1 part of the price paid sent by EDF to finance the CISEL1 project
(i.e.. 0.17 euro centimes per kWh).
The sustainable development research project has been designed to lower the price of solar panels and so encourage the development electricity production from solar energy.
Collaboration between two well known firms
Launched in January 2003 the programme has been financially supported by the French environmental body, the ADEME. it is also supported by the French Scientific Research Centre, the CNRS, the Paris Higher School of Chemistry, the ENSCP, as well as EDF
